These fees compensate for administrative work, secure handling, and delivery of information.
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize all applicable charges.
A binding agreement is formed once payment has been successfully processed.
These Terms remain in effect while you use our Services.
Biz Ontario may suspend or terminate access without notice for any reason, including:
Expired services are not eligible for refunds.
Biz Ontario may suspend or terminate services when required by law or when significant risks or policy violations are identified.
Orders may be deemed abandoned if a user fails to respond after multiple contact attempts over a period of twenty-eight (28) days.
For abandoned orders:
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of processing and the type of service involved.
These fees remain non-refundable even if an order is cancelled immediately after submission.
Eligible add-on services may be refunded if work has not yet started or been delivered.
Refunds may be issued when Biz Ontario cannot complete services due to circumstances within its control.
Chargebacks based on ordering mistakes, cancellation requests, misconceptions about government affiliation, delivery speed dissatisfaction, or change of mind are not considered valid grounds for disputes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biz Ontario is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the claimant during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We cannot guarantee government approval, processing times, name availability, regulatory acceptance, or business success.
You agree to indemnify and hold Biz Ontario harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services or website.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that electronic signatures, records, notices, and contracts satisfy legal requirements for written communications.
